1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using agadirshuttleport.com or making a booking with Agadir Shuttle Port, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Agadir Shuttle Port provides private airport transfers, guided day tours, and activities in and around Agadir, Morocco. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of PayPal payment or our written confirmation for cash bookings.
• You will receive a booking reference number by email upon confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information.
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
• For airport transfers, your driver monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup time at no extra charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are fixed and will not change after confirmation, regardless of fuel-price fluctuations.
• Payment can be made online through PayPal using any major card, or in cash to your driver or guide on the day.
• Cash payments must be in euros, British pounds, or Moroccan dirhams at the current exchange rate.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
• All online payments are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, contact us by email at info@agadirshuttleport.com or through WhatsApp at +212 605 604 703 and include your booking reference number.

6. Airport Transfers—Specific Terms

• Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign for up to 60 minutes after your flight lands.
• We track your flight in real time. If it is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically at no extra charge.
• If you cannot locate your driver, call us immediately on +212 605 604 703.
• Prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless otherwise stated.
• Extra stops or route changes may incur additional charges; please inform us in advance.

7. Tours and Activities—Specific Terms

• Tours and activities are subject to minimum passenger numbers and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour or activity because of unforeseen circumstances such as weather or road conditions. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
• Listed prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
• Food, drinks, and entrance fees are not included unless explicitly stated in the tour description.
• Participants must be in good health and physical condition appropriate for the chosen activity.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

8. Liability

Agadir Shuttle Port is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers participate in adventure activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward our drivers, guides, and other passengers. We reserve the right to terminate a service without refund when a passenger’s behaviour is dangerous, abusive, or disruptive. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted on the website. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
